We brew strong beer for strong people. Our world is that of snowy mountains and forests – a bit wild, but strongly Szekler! This is also reflected in our Brown beer, into which we have introduced not only our knowledge and love but also the power of the bear. That’s how we got a Bock craft brown beer with a high alcohol content of 7% and a flavor full of character.
Our unfiltered IPA (Indian Pale Ale) beer with 5% alcohol content is a real specialty in terms of aroma and flavor thanks to its 8 times higher hop content than a regular beer and its fruity taste. The brewing process uses Pale Ale and caramel malt and two types of hops, Centennial and Cascade, which give the beer a citrusy, slightly floral flavor. Ale beers are generally unfiltered, opalescent, and contain yeast cells – this makes them more aromatic. As with its other products, Transylvanian Csíki Craft Beer does not pasteurize IPA beer either, adding more hops not only enhances its shelf life but also creates a more interesting taste experience for its consumers.

Blueberry is the popular medicinal plant of the Ciuc Depression, a gift from our sacred mountain, Harghita. Blueberry beer is a low fermentation Block beer, which is obtained by adding blueberry pulp and its distinctive color reflects this. Occasional sedimentation is a natural phenomenon. The Ginger Chili beer is a 1,2% alcohol beer blend based on Original Bock (lager) beer, which has been refreshing, nourishing and invigorating for years. When you open this special elixir, the essence of life flows from it: smiles and tears, joys and sorrows, love and disappointments. The bottle contains everything that comes with life.
In this vitamin cocktail, we have combined the flavors of wild raspberries and the nutritional power of Original beer. Few people know that if a drink/beer contains 15% more vitamins than the human body needs daily, it can be called a vitamin drink/beer. To maintain this vitamin content during the shelf life, our drink must have a low alcohol content (MAX. 1.2% V/V) as alcohol degrades the valuable vitamins it contains over time. Occasional sedimentation is a completely natural phenomenon.
The uniqueness of the drink lies in the fact that one-third of the raw material used to produce it is honey. A festive beer with an alcohol content of 9% (!!!) was born from this beer with a high sugar content after maturation for at least 40 days. The honey is 100% Szekler honey. With this beer, we have tried to revive our traditions because, according to the old chroniclers, the drink which was made from honey was the favorite drink of our ancestors, the Huns. Its amber color, unique sweet taste, typical hop bitterness, and light honey smell make it a specialty beer.
A 4.5% alcohol, lager, low-fermentation, refreshing, nourishing and hydrating beer. It is brewed from three kinds of malt and with more hops, with the personal recommendation and secret recipe of our master brewer Simonffy Árpád, which gives it a more bitter taste than Original beer.
The Gold beer was born after a long and slow maturation. It is a quality specialty beer for discerning beer drinkers. Maturation for at least 45 days has given our beer a characteristic velvety, silky taste and a golden color. Whoever tastes it will know: SLOW AND LONG MATURATION MAKES IT GOLDEN.
After fermentation is complete, we remove yeast cells and higher molecular proteins, polyphenols, and solid particles from the suspension. The Unfiltered beer brewing process does not include this brewing procedure. This beer contains yeast cells, increasing the nutritional value of our beer, its vitamin B content, which are particularly necessary for the human body.
The yeast cells give our product a unique characteristic taste and an opalescent yellow color.
