Our unfiltered IPA (Indian Pale Ale) beer with 5% alcohol content is a real specialty in terms of aroma and flavor thanks to its 8 times higher hop content than a regular beer and its fruity taste. The brewing process uses Pale Ale and caramel malt and two types of hops, Centennial and Cascade, which give the beer a citrusy, slightly floral flavor. Ale beers are generally unfiltered, opalescent, and contain yeast cells – this makes them more aromatic. As with its other products, Transylvanian Csíki Craft Beer does not pasteurize IPA beer either, adding more hops not only enhances its shelf life but also creates a more interesting taste experience for its consumers.
